What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Sol Seeds ships all orders to the United States using USPS Priority Mail. 

International Orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail.

All of our packages are delivered discreetly. Your Collectibles are packaged in to a Mylar bag and then the Mylar bag is sealed. Then the  packaged is placed into a flat-rate shipping box and taped closed. A black and white shipping label is created with no Sol Seeds Logos.

For an additional cost we can also provide Extra Discrete Shipping.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All US orders are fulfilled the next business day. Once your package has been fulfilled, the package gets shipped out. Shipping takes 2 to 4 days to arrive. 

All International orders are fulfilled the next business day. Once your package has been fulfilled, the package gets shipped out. Shipping for international orders takes 7 to 24 days to arrive.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Sol Seeds offers shipping to many countries. If your country does not appear on the drop down list – then we do not ship there at this time. 

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Sol Seeds currently accepts Visa or Master Card. We also accept Bitcoin, Money Orders (U.S.D. Currency), Cash (U.S.D. Currency) and E-check (Green.Money). 

Credit Cards:

When using the credit card option, we can only accept Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept Discover or American Express. 

Our credit card processor is off-shore (non USA) and you MAY need to pre-authorize your card for an international payment regardless of what region or country you live in. To do so just contact your bank or card company and inform them that you wish to make an international transaction in the next 24 hours – they will do the rest! You should receive an email from the processor when your payment is approved. Sometimes they end up in SPAM so watch carefully.

Money Orders:

We only accept USD (US Dollars) currency.
Please use a bubble or padded envelope and registered mail for safety. Also, email info@solseeds.com your order number and tracking number of the registered mail. We cannot be held responsible for cash lost in the post. Please provide your Order Number or a copy of your order in the envelope.

E-Check (Green.Money):

If you would like to pay using E-check or bank transfer, please use this payment method. Once your order has been placed, you will be redirected to another page where you can securely enter in your payment information. Once your payment has been made, it will take 24-36 hours to process your payment. Once the payment has been processed we will fulfill your order and send you a tracking number for your shipment.

Returns

How do I place an Order?

All orders are placed online on our website www.SolSeeds.com. We do not have a store front. All orders must be placed online and all orders get shipped.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you need to cancel or change your order please contact us ASAP!

Canceling Your Order:

If you are canceling your order please send us an email to info@solseeds.com ASAP

Please inform us that you would like to cancel your order.

Changing Your Order:

If you wish to change your order you must email us ASAP at info@solseeds.com. Please tell us what you would like to have changed.

Once your order has been fulfilled & shipped you can no longer cancel or change your order.

How Can I Return a Product?

We do not accept any returns. All sales are final.
